MaxFlow® MINI Air Filter Kit for Stihl® MS500i and MS661
This clean, simple, high‑performance, under‑lid, washable system includes everything needed to convert your saw: two green 60PPI foam elements* (white available separately) for standard cutting and a MaxFlow high‑flow support cage and lid.
*Foam filters require oiling before use; foam filter oil is not included.

The MINI architecture maintains consistent geometry, predictable dust loading, and long‑interval performance in applications where traditional under‑cover foams cannot maintain shape, sealing, or airflow.  MaxFlow systems share a unified architecture across the entire Stihl lineup, including a purpose‑built cage, sealed end‑walls, full‑thickness foam, and a consistent airflow and sealing strategy. This system‑wide design approach allows one cage architecture to support virtually all models, ensuring predictable performance, reliable sealing, and long‑interval filtration in demanding professional environments.
