Lightweight Aluminum Swivel Snap Hook with Professional Strength

The ProClimb Forged Aluminum Swivel Snap Hook combines lightweight performance with professional-grade strength for climbing, arborist work, and rescue applications. Featuring a double-action locking gate, 360-degree swivel eye, and impressive 28kN (6,294 lb) minimum breaking strength, this forged aluminum snap hook delivers the reliability you need at just 0.41 lbs (6.6 oz)—significantly lighter than steel alternatives.

Key Features

  • 28kN (6,294 lb) Minimum Breaking Strength: Professional-grade strength for demanding climbing, rescue, and rigging applications
  • Lightweight: Only 0.41 lbs (6.6 oz): Forged aluminum construction provides excellent strength-to-weight ratio
  • 360-Degree Swivel Eye: Prevents rope twist and tangling by allowing free rotation under load
  • Double-Action Locking Gate: Requires two deliberate actions to open, preventing accidental gate opening
  • Self-Locking Mechanism: Automatically locks when closed for continuous protection
  • Forged Aluminum Construction: Superior strength and durability compared to cast aluminum
  • Corrosion-Resistant Finish: Anodized coating protects against oxidation and wear
  • Positive Locking Indicator: Visual and tactile confirmation that the gate is properly secured
