• Lightweight rigging and load management

Ultra-Lightweight Performance

At just 4.3 oz (122g), this mini pulley is engineered for applications where weight is critical. Whether you're climbing a big wall, ski mountaineering in the backcountry, or building a lightweight rescue system, every ounce you save means less fatigue and more efficiency. Despite its featherweight design, the pulley delivers a robust 22kN breaking strength—more than enough for professional climbing and rescue applications.

Fixed Side Plate Advantage

The fixed side plate design means the pulley is always ready to use—no opening mechanism to fumble with, no moving parts that could fail. Simply thread your rope through the pulley during system setup. This design provides maximum strength and reliability because there are no hinges, gates, or latches that could be points of weakness. The fixed construction also makes the pulley more durable and resistant to damage from drops or impacts.

Single Sheave Efficiency

The single sheave (pulley wheel) configuration provides smooth, efficient rope movement with minimal friction. The sheave is precisely machined to ensure the rope runs smoothly whether you're hauling gear up a big wall, building a mechanical advantage system for rescue, or setting up a simple redirect. The efficient design means less effort required to move loads and better performance in your rigging systems.

12mm Rope Compatibility

Compatible with ropes up to 12mm (approximately 1/2 inch) in diameter, this mini pulley works with most standard climbing ropes, rescue ropes, and rigging lines. The properly sized sheave ensures good rope contact and efficient operation without excessive wear on your rope.

Perfect for Mechanical Advantage Systems

Mini pulleys are essential components in mechanical advantage systems like Z-rigs (3:1), C-rigs (5:1), and other hauling configurations used in climbing, rescue, and rigging. The lightweight design means you can carry multiple pulleys to build complex systems without excessive weight penalty. Whether you're hauling a bag up a big wall or performing a technical rescue, having lightweight, reliable pulleys makes the job easier.

Compact and Packable

The compact size makes this mini pulley easy to clip to your harness, pack in your climbing bag, or include in your rescue kit. The small footprint means you can carry several pulleys without taking up significant space or adding noticeable weight to your gear.

Built for Demanding Environments

From alpine climbing to technical rescue, this mini pulley is built to perform in demanding environments. The durable construction withstands exposure to weather, abrasion, and the physical demands of climbing and rigging work. When you need equipment that works reliably in critical situations, this pulley delivers.

Important Safety Information: This pulley is designed for climbing, rigging, and rescue applications and must be used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable safety standards. Always inspect before each use for wear, damage, or deformation. Ensure the rope diameter is compatible with the pulley specifications. Do not exceed the maximum breaking strength. Proper training in rigging and mechanical advantage systems is required before use.
