Thank you for shopping with Cowlitz River Rigging Inc. Your order is important to us. Orders are subject to the following terms.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via UPS. If you wish to make alternate shipping arrangements, please leave a comment with your order requesting alternate shipping so that we may accommodate your request. Orders placed for "will call" must be picked up at our Longview, Washington, location. There is no charge for will call. Some items are available only via will call or alternate shipping as indicated in the description for that item.

STIHL PRODUCTS

STIHL POLICY strictly prohibits orders for Stihl equipment, parts, or other items over the Internet, by telephone or by mail for delivery to locations other than the location of their dealership. ALL STIHL PRODUCTS ORDERED HERE ARE FOR IN STORE PICKUP ONLY. If you select a shipping option other than IN STORE PICKUP the item WILL NOT BE SHIPPED and the order will be canceled.

RETURN POLICY

Cowlitz River Rigging, Inc. offers a 30 day return policy on most items. Make your selections carefully. Cowlitz River Rigging, Inc. reserves the right to deny returns. Freight charges are non-refundable. It is our policy to require Returned Materials Authorizations (RMAs) for any returns.

RMA Requirements

RMAs may be issued after talking with a Cowlitz River Rigging, Inc. customer service representative. Call Customer Service at 1-800-488-3127. and have the order number and part number in question available when you call.

All returns, other than defective products, must be unopened in original shrink-wrap packaging (if applicable), unused, and in resalable condition. The original Packing List MUST be enclosed for all returns. Used items may not be returned.

If a RMA is issued, you have 15 days to return all items listed on the RMA, and only items listed on the RMA will be credited. The RMA Number MUST BE CLEARLY marked on the outside of the package or we will refuse delivery. Credit, minus freight, may be issued after the receipt and inspection on all items listed on the RMA. We will NOT credit returns that do not meet these requirements.

In the event of that an item was damaged in transit to you, a claim must be made at the time of delivery to the UPS driver. Please notify Cowlitz River Rigging, Inc. also. All freight claims must be made by the receiver of merchandise; check your package for damage BEFORE signing. This makes it easier for you to make your freight claim with UPS. If the item has a manufacturing flaw, please contact us within 7 days at 1-800-488-3127 and we will help you get a replacement item from the manufacturer of the product. All manufacturer's replacements are at the manufacturer's discretion. Cowlitz River Rigging, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from misuse or improper handling of any product sold.

Shipment Errors

If you have received the wrong product due to our error, you must notify us immediately. Please see RMA requirements.

in the amount of goods and shipping (calculated with our shopping cart) must be furnished. In the case of checks, we will ship as soon as the check clears. Washington State customers are subject to 7.6% Washington State Sales tax.

BACK ORDERS

If we are unable to ship your items within 15 days, we will contact you to determine whether you wish to cancel the order or wait until it is available from the manufacturer.
