1 1/2" Industrial strength elastic sewn to 11 ounce leather fronts and attached with stainless steel roller buckles for quick adjustment. 6 ounce leather tabs are used to button to the pants. The D-rings are to attach your safety whistle or keyback to. Made in either X-BACK (shown) or Y-BACK.
